Acceptance Required for Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing JollyScholar, including browsing courses, earning JSKT tokens, connecting a wallet, referring users, creating content, or sponsoring campaigns, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
JSKT Token means the utility reward token of JollyScholar. User means any learner, creator, sponsor, referrer, or administrator. Wallet means a non-custodial blockchain wallet controlled by the user.
3. Eligibility Requirements
Users must meet minimum age requirements, provide accurate account information, and complete identity verification where required for withdrawals, sponsorships, or creator activities.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for accurate registration information, account security, password confidentiality, wallet signing keys, and one-account-per-person compliance.
5. Course Participation Rules
Learners must satisfy prerequisites, complete modules honestly, pass assessments, and follow leaderboard and course integrity rules to qualify for rewards.
6. JSKT Token Rewards
Rewards are educational incentives only. Rewards are subject to verification, fraud review, platform discretion, blockchain conditions, and policy compliance.
7. Sponsored Courses
Creators and sponsors must fund approved reward pools, honor campaign terms, avoid misleading claims, and comply with course quality and learner protection standards.
8. Creator Responsibilities
Creators must publish lawful, accurate, accessible, original, and safe content. Creators retain ownership while granting JollyScholar a license to host and promote course materials.
9. Sponsor Responsibilities
Sponsors must fund committed reward pools, avoid data harvesting, comply with branding restrictions, and keep promotions within approved campaign pages.
10. Referral Program Rules
Referral rewards require qualified referrals. Self-referrals, fake accounts, overlapping devices, paid click fraud, and referral loops are prohibited.
11. Wallet Usage and Withdrawals
Users must verify wallet ownership before withdrawals. Users are responsible for wallet accuracy, private keys, network selection, and irreversible blockchain transactions.
12. Prohibited Activities
Multiple accounts, reward farming, bots, account sharing, assessment cheating, identity fraud, fake referrals, ranking manipulation, hacking, scraping, and malicious uploads are prohibited.
13. Assessment Integrity
Assessments must be completed honestly. Cheating may result in warnings, reward deductions, suspension, permanent ban, wallet blacklisting, and reward forfeiture.
14. Suspension and Termination
JollyScholar may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, security threats, policy violations, or legal risk. Rewards may be frozen or forfeited where violations are confirmed.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform code, branding, designs, logos, token contracts, and systems belong to JollyScholar or licensors. User and creator content is licensed to JollyScholar for platform operation.
16. Content Moderation
Courses, comments, reviews, uploads, and user-generated content may be reviewed, rejected, removed, or moderated for safety, quality, legality, and policy compliance.
17. Financial Disclaimer
JSKT is not an investment or security. Earnings are not guaranteed. Token values may fluctuate or become worthless. Participation does not guarantee income.
18. Blockchain and Web3 Risks
Users accept risks of wallet loss, phishing, wrong-network transfers, smart contract bugs, blockchain congestion, irreversible transactions, and private key compromise.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JollyScholar is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages related to platform use, tokens, wallets, or rewards.
20. Indemnification
Users agree to defend and indemnify JollyScholar from claims arising from misuse, policy violations, third-party rights violations, wallet transactions, or unlawful conduct.
21. Dispute Resolution
Users agree to informal resolution first, followed by binding individual arbitration where applicable. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived where permitted.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable United States federal law unless mandatory local consumer law applies.
23. Force Majeure
JollyScholar is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including blockchain outages, regulation, war, pandemics, attacks, or infrastructure failures.
24. Changes to Terms
Material changes may be announced by email, in-app notice, or platform announcement. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
